To ensure success, clients must:
Be available for media interviews and respond promptly to scheduling requests.
Attend secured media placements on time, dressed professionally, and prepared for the engagement.
Follow all strategic guidance provided by Dr. Andrea Adams-Miller and the team to maximize results.
Understand that media placements may sometimes arise unexpectedly, and failure to participate does not reflect our ability to deliver.
Payment terms vary by contract and will be explicitly outlined in your agreement.
We do not generally offer refunds but value client satisfaction. If an issue arises, we encourage open communication so we can address concerns appropriately.
No refunds will be issued if a client fails to follow the guidance provided by our team or is unavailable for scheduled media opportunities.
We maintain comprehensive documentation of our outreach and efforts to secure placements.
We take client confidentiality seriously, and the level of confidentiality will be outlined in each contract.
Any content ghostwritten by us is typically owned by the client, but ownership terms may vary depending on the project.
Once content is submitted to a media outlet, ownership rights may be governed by that media platform’s policies.
Clients are permitted to publicly claim and modify content we provide, unless otherwise specified in their contract.
Public relations and marketing outcomes are inherently unpredictable. While we use strategic and neuroscience-driven methods to maximize success, we cannot guarantee specific results.
If a campaign does not go as expected, we encourage collaborative problem-solving to adjust strategies and move forward effectively.
Each contract will outline specific termination policies relevant to the engagement. We strive for transparency and fairness, and clients should feel comfortable discussing any concerns with us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes will be handled accordingly in Findlay, Ohio.
